The Mansion is a community asset managed by Totnes Community Development Society (TCDS) for the benefit of the community of Totnes. We are committed to enabling and supporting the operation of the Mansion so that it fulfils its charitable objectives.

Walk through The Mansion and you will find our beautiful, walled courtyard which is open to all – whether you are just passing or a tenant, this shared space is the central hub of The Mansion and is regularly used to host events and shared meals.

A friendly space aimed to help you get on your bike and pedal towards a better future. Get your bike repaired, learn how to maintain it, meet others on our social bike rides or find your perfect pre-loved bike.
We provide services to the vulnerable, predominately older people, living in Totnes and its surrounding areas. To qualify for our services, you must be registered with either the Leatside or Catherine House doctors surgeries.
Totnes Library is a busy modern library, found through the electric doors and up the stairs.
