We are delighted to have a number of rooms available to hire on a sessional basis. We are happy to take one off bookings or to reserve repeat slots, each enquiry will be considered on an individual basis. Please read about our rooms below and then complete a booking form to submit your booking enquiry.

The Old School Hall
An exciting new chapter has begun, with the opening of a versatile new space which is now available to hire.
Set in the heart of the town, The Old School Hall, which forms part of the Mansion buildings complex, has recently been refurbished and offers a spacious multi-purpose area which can comfortably hold up to 80 people. This characterful room was originally the assembly hall for Totnes Grammar School. After being closed for a number of years, the charity has brought it back to life and is excited to be able to offer this as a new venue for Totnes. It will suit a wide variety of events ranging from theatrical extravaganzas to craft fairs, workshops and lectures, dance and fitness classes, musical performances and choir practices, book festivals to Halloween, Christmas and summer parties. Whatever your needs, the Old School Hall could be the answer. Maximum capacity of 80 people. Non profit rate £20/hr. Regular rate £25/hr.
Lovelace
This beautiful ground-floor room with tall ceilings and a high street view is perfect for workshops, meetings and talks. Maximum capacity of 15 people. Non profit rate £13.50/hr. Regular rate £18.50/hr
Studio One
The old art classroom, a fantastic, airy space with plenty of tables and art equipment. Maximum capacity of 15 people. Non profit rate £12.50/hr. Regular rate £17.50/hr
exam room
Private hot-desk / small meeting room hire. Situated on the first floor, this 8sqm room will accommodate up to four people for a meeting or two people co-working. 9am-5pm / 9am-1pm / 1-5pm Half day rate £25. Full day rate £40.

The Courtyard
